Delighted to win the Employer of the Year Award

We are thrilled to announce that we have won Employer of the Year at the recent Total Sense Media Sussex Business Conference & Awards 2024.

The tough competition we were up against makes the award all the more valuable and it is wonderful that Gilva Tisshaw has been recognised for her success in establishing such a fabulous firm to work for.

Having worked in other law firms, Gilva’s aim has always been to ensure Tisshaws operates within a culture of care, developing supportive relationships with clients and providing a nurturing environment for staff.
