Yasmin Gizzi

Yasmin studied for a law degree at Exeter University, before completing her Legal Practice Course at Oxford University. She completed her training contract with a law firm in East Sussex, where she continued to work in family law for the following decade.

Specialising in all areas of family law, Yasmin deals with divorces and finance, private law children cases, non-molestation and occupation orders, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Yasmin’s main objective is to help separating couples and their families achieve the best outcome for their specific circumstances, in the most cost effective and non-confrontational way.

As part of this commitment to non-court resolution approaches, Yasmin has trained as a collaborative lawyer. She is also a member of Resolution, and currently sits on the Dispute Resolution Committee.

Outside of work, Yasmin enjoys a busy family life with her husband and young daughter and likes to unwind playing netball for a league in Crawley.
